While I was cleaning our home I figured that many of you may be doing the same these days! On repeat during the quarantine. With our little ones and families top of mind now more than ever, I wanted to share a review of my favorite plant-based baby safe cleaning products. They are all non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for babies and our homes. I also did some research based on what’s in stock today, during the quarantine, which I have included in my post.
Before Millie was born I started making the move to organic based products. It was during pregnancy I knew I wanted to move toward more natural cleaning products for her things. I have rounded up my favorite products that we use every day, plus some others that I want to try.
Toy Cleaner
These are my go-to toy and highchair cleaners! Babyganics has a line made just for this! I use these wipes, or the spray version, to clean not only her toys and high chair, but also our stroller, car seat and play mat. It’s a baby safe product so it’s made with the understanding that your baby will most likely (for sure) be putting toys and such in their mouths! In place of using soap and water for toys that are not to be submerged under water, these wipes are the perfect solution and come in handy.
Some product information for you. It’s plant-based cleaning power, non-allergenic, non-irritating, no residue, ammonia, bleach, phosphates, phthalates, dyes or fragrances used in the ingredients.

Multi-surface Cleaner
I found this natural baby multi-surface cleaner and instantly fell in love with the Puracy brand and their products. They create safe and stylish cleaning products that we can all appreciate when selecting the best for our home.
This cleaner is plant-derived, non-toxic and hypoallergenic. It’s a natural and organic formula that was developed by doctors we can trust have the best interest for our families. Another multi-surface cleaner that I have in my cart to try is this one, by The Honest Company. They note that it’s powerful cleaner with plant-derived ingredients that’s tough on messes and gentle on surfaces. It is available in four scents and also comes in a fragrance-free version.

Alcohol-free Hand Sanitizer + Hand Soap
We are know that hand sanitizer is a HOT commodity right now. I was able to find our go-to alcohol-free foaming hand sanitizer here, in a three pack! We keep this everywhere, one in the car, one in the diaper bag and one on Millie’s changing table. It is non-allergenic, kills 99.9% of germs and made without parabens, sulfates, dyes, and more. I also like that this is foaming as I think it is more fun and easy to use for kids. Babyganics also makes their hand sanitizer in wipes. I found this four pack, with 20 wipes in each pack. Same great product and ingredients as liquid form but this one’s great to keep on hand where wipes are easier to sanitize little hands.

Dish Soap
Once again, Babyganics for the win! We’ve been using this dish soap for Millie since she was born and always have with us while out or traveling. It’s fragrance free, plant-derived, non-allergenic, non-irritating to skin and made without phosphates, dyes and fragrances. It’s an instant foam once pumped, doesn’t leave any residues behind and will easily remove dried milk, food or greases. Works great on bottles, baby utensils and even pump parts! We keep these refill bottles on hand and take the mini versions with us in our diaper bag.
If you read above, you know I am a huge fan right now of Puracy. I’m interested to try their natural and sulfate-free dish soap for Mark and I.
The Honest Company also makes a dish soap. Haven’t tried this one but I like their scent selection and the fact that this soap is gentle and made with plant-derived ingredients that’s tough on dirt and grime.
